We all had a great time at the Erotic Expo in NYC in October and the Palm Springs Pride in November.
We are also finishing up work on our 6th dvd titled: "Slide Right On"! After almost 3 years away I have returned to the front of the camera. Look for a release date in early spring 2008. Happy Holidays!!!!

Warranties:
Dexter Palmer Productions stands behind all its products. We guarantee all disks free of defects. Should you receive a defective disk call or email customer service within 7 days for a RMN (return merchandise number). You will be issued a number and sent a FedEx return label for return at no cost to you. Please package the item so that it is well protected during shipping. Please include your RMN on the outside of the package. Your item will be replaced upon inspection. There are no cash or credit card charge refunds.
Sales Tax:
Dexter Palmer Productions is required by State & Federal laws to charge sales tax on products shipped within California. No sales tax will be charged on orders shipped outside California.
Shipping Methods:
Standard Orders:Shipped via FedEx for home or ground delivery with adult signature required. Service is 1-5 business days.
Second Day:Shipped via FedEx with adult signature required shipped 2-3 business days.
Next Day:Shipped via FedEx with adult signature required shipped next day.
All Next Day & Second Day orders received after 10AM PST are shipped the following business day after receipt of the order pursuant to all FedEx guidelines.
Shipping Packages:
Orders from Dexter Palmer Productions are shipped in plain envelopes or FedEx containers. There is no reference to the contents.
Can you ship to a different address than my billing address?
Yes, we are able to ship to an address other than your billing address. However, we do require authorization, so that we can help cut down on fraudulent usage of credit cards. This one step helps us cut down on fraud, keep our costs down & enables us to provide our customers with the lowest possible prices. This procedure is done strictly to protect customers, as well as ourselves as a merchant. We realize that this procedure may seem inconvenient. Thank you for your cooperation.
Will you be placed on our mailing list when you order?
Yes, we will include your information on our mailing list to receive future mailings. These may include alerts to new releases, sales events, and show events. If you do not wish to be placed on the mailing list, please email customer service immediately after placing your order. Do we share or sell our mailing list?

Does pricing for mail orders & phone orders apply to web site sales?
No, not necessarily. For customers that receive mailings there may be specials or offers that won't necessarily be listed on the website. Some mail order promotions are exclusive to our mail order customer only.
Do we offer VHS tapes or DVD's in PAL or SECAM formats?
No, we only offer DVDs in NTSC format and shipped within the United States. We do not ship overseas through the website. Some other distributors that carry Dexter Palmer Productions products may ship overseas.
Are there zip code restrictions within domestic shipping?
Yes, the following states and zip codes prefixes have been restricted and we cannot ship adult material to those area. This is not Dexter Palmer Productions policy.
